you will find that the font colour is controlled by your theme, and that Recipe takes certain elements from your theme's style sheet. Thats how most modules work

uhmm.... i usually be able to modify the modules but not this one since it does not involve with HTML. Anyways, thanks for your help! -

themes/YOURTHEME/style/styleNN.css -- change the respective styles there. -

Modules shouldn't involve HTML, the ones that do are not written properly for PostNuke.

Thanks jn, I already tried that, but that's not what I want.

Please check that out. I want the recipes to be in a table like the Nagivator side, because as you can see the link color is not visible with that background and I do not want to change that background. Please please please help me. That's my final step.
