  I was wondering if any of you know a theme that has the header, the block, news_home, news_page etc. files for easy customization with the theme structure of the design I created below:

  Ye, though Ive never seen any with the seperate files for easy customization, all the 1z I got where jus tha index.html and tha theme.php,
  
  Not the header.html, blocks.html, etc.

  You could technically spilt the theme.php into seperate files if you want. Alternatively you could have a look at the themes using the Xanthia engine. These themes uses templates that are divided into seperate components.

  AutoTheme. Download for free or buy the commercial ver.
  Read up on it. All HTML files, easy customization, more flexibility and power to configure each and every page and block on your site.
