Hacking "related" block

Hey all.
I am hacking my related block (related.php) to remove the "Most Read Story"
I removed the command line and FTPed it in...but it won't change.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Can't you just disable the Most Read Story block?
Well of course I could...but I do want the related links. I am working on some link exchanges with other sites and wanted to use the related block for such exchanges.
