Some suggestions for the administration of blocks:

:arrow: Language Filtering - What if we had a dropdown list in the blocks page containing the list of languages, where the user could select which blocks would be displayed. For example, I could select to display only the blocks in English, only the blocks in Spanish, or all Blocks. Blocks set to display in all blocks would always be displayed no matter which language I select.
:arrow: Ability to move menu options (from a menu block) up and down.

The first one can be done very easily if you know PN programming another 60 mins hack :)

The latter one can be probably done with the "menuedit" module, what I did not tested yet, but you might be interested in. Ofcourse it must be a core feature later.

Another neat option would be to DUPLICATE a block. this way it would be easier to perform menutranslations for other languages. Just edit the duplicate and presto.
