the system does not send emails to users so it is practically unserviceble since it does not let them register.
What can I do ... my service provider says my rights are set correctly.
I've tried sending both with an hotmail email, an email under my domain, and with the email I use a work but the system does not output an error message nor does the mail arrive. -

PostNuke just relies on the php mail function - so at first i suggest to test the 'normal' mail command with your system.
if mail is working you should check config.php and make sure that the system-var is set to 'unix'
