  Hi!
  
  I'm looking for a bugtracker or a trouble ticket system with postnuke integration. (Freeware is fine, but "Payware" is also possible)
  I found AESupport-Ticket, but it is the worst thing I've ever seen...
  There are serous bugs inside it. You are not able to submit a Ticket without finding a bug...
  (A really obvious one)
  
  So pleeeaaase help me

  Thre was a helpdesk module posted on modules.postnuke.com just last week. Have you looked at it?

  I tried to find it, but it seems to be taken off the download section...
  
  I have seen a Trouble Ticket menu entry on a lot of postnukesites, but I was not able to find the corresponding module...
  (I hope for them that it is not the AETrouble Ticket module *gr*)

  To access the module requires a subscription membership of about 22.00 US dollars for 3 months. Pretty cheap considering all the unique modules and blocks you get access too. The modules are GPL. The membership fee simply helps the developer to make ends meet and focus on development.
  
  The trouble ticket module is called i-Mod [Trouble Tickets 0.36a_devel]
