Change the error level settings in your php.ini file to not display warnings.

My server is hosted remotely. Is this something that I should have the server admin handle? And If So is there an ability built in to allow error to the admin group? or just admin user?

Yes, it is an admin issue. I do not know enough about this to tell you how it can be configured for later retrieval by the site admins.
