Does anyone know where the top menu strip links are defined in this theme so they can be changed. The java mouseover links. I can change the way they look but i can't find where the names and links themselves can be changed.

If you want to change those links edit the following file:
/themes/xpZone-velocity/lang/eng/global.php
I forgot to add that to the readme file, sorry..
