Anyone heared of any, apart from pnESP (pnESP is a survey module) number draw script or module?
What I'm looking for is a module that will ;

• (first time) look at the user DB and assign a random number to each user.
  
• When a new user registers, it will assign a random number to him.

• Register this generated # in the DB so no one else gets it

• At a specific time and date, it will pick a random number from the DB and send a congradulation message to the user via his email and a PM message.

• the Admin will get a copy of this message sent to the user. If possible, it will add a news in a specific catagory with the congradulation message sent to the winning user.

Of course the settings for the draw date and congradulation message will be entered by the admin via a settings pannel.

Next time there is a draw, the already registered user will not need a number since they keep there number as long as the account is active.

The users number will appear in his profile if possible.

Would this be easy to do or is there one similar to this already exist?
