Why are you yelling?
To install a theme you drop it into the theme directory. It's that easy depending on what theme you use.

superalphaomega - you set a default theme under administration->settings having put the theme into your themes folder.

It depends on the theme. Some themes will embed the links in theme.php some may have a file toplinks.php containing the links. Others include HTML files in theme.php and the links will be in there.
The methid used is up to the theme author.
There are very few files in a theme so if you take a look at each one using a text editor you should be able to locate the correct file.
