Now as many might know ikonboard is one of the leading free message boards and many would like it to work with postnuke. Now as you might know it's written in perl (CGI) but that's no problem. Seeing how it's user database is in MySQL there should be no problem making it work with PostNuke user-system. Making it a part of PostNuke like a module wouldn't be needed (since it would look ugly) but merging the user systems so that whoever registered on the PostNuke or on the board could use both to their disposal.
Now how bout' it?

ikonbored sucks. Plain and simple. I have used it for years. You cannot and will not get them together. MAYBE, whenever those children at ikonbored get the ibphp to work they have been talking about, you may have better luck.
I suggest you run, dont walk from ikonbored. -

I find it to be quite good and quite flexible compared to other free forums. But ofcourse were all intitled to our own opinions ofcourse, but if you don't like it you don't need to worry about it.
But i would still like a merge between the two user systems (even tho you don't want it).
