It would be real nice to have a debug summary of the site and its servers when people need support. Maybe an admin page that shows
phpinfo.php (I think there is a generic script for this somewhere)
loaded modules
specs on installed postnuke site (version?)
various important variables... languages, multisites, compression, default theme... stuff from the settings menu.
mysql info
permissions
changed core files :)
Just something that can be sent as a text file, preferably with options to generate text by the category (like above) or to make a dump of all of that info.
It may help for tracking down hard to find problems as well as avoid which this which that in all of the emails.
