Hi,
I want to develop a module and sell it for a special customer group. So this module is not GPL.
Does anyone know in which way the lizensing concerns my module (theme) the Copyright of potNuke.

I'm know lawyer and I no there is always discussion on this issue. My take is as long as the code you write is entirely your own work (not borrowing from any current GPL code) you can license as you want.
As PN developers we provide a plugin architecture which we make available.
If you do a search on this forum and on news.postnuke.com for keywords like 'GPL' and 'licensing' you'll find a number of threads and articles discussing this subject.
