I'm having some trouble installing post-nuke on a web server. I am a apache/php newb so excuse my ignorance.
I'm running OpenSA (apache/php/mySQL) on a windows 2k server machine (I know...its a mortal sin). When I try to install post-nuke via the URL (its not a www, its a http://ip, I dont have a URL for the machine, I'm just testing) I get to the language selection screen, it goes to the license agreement screne, then when you click "next" it goes back to the language screen.
I already turned the register_globals = On..
What would cause this to happen? Am I just messing up something simple?

You need to restart apache after making a change to php.ini (like register globals) although .723 doesn't require this setting.
I'm not familiar with this build of the WAMP stack. What versions of apache/php etc. does it include.
If you could be a bit more specifc about version numbers of all components then I may be able to help a bit more.
