Relocation of Banners in PostNuke theme

I am using the core PostNuke theme at http://peanutdeals.com/html. As you can see commented out the site name and replaced it with a custom logo but I can't figure out how to move the banner with the date and time up so that these items display in the upper right corner rather then below the table the custom logo (peanut.jpg) is located.
