I've seen a few articles and news items on it and requesting it, but nothing definitive.
Is there one out there that anyone is aware of? :?:
Let me just add my voice and vote towards a Contest module.
Thanks!

Yes. What started out as pnESP (PostNuke Easy Survey Package) for surveys alone has grown to include contests and quizzes after I referred the developers to a perl program (Event Handler) I use that has multiple capabilities. The developers rapidly began to expand ESP's features and capabilities to include those of Event Handler.
You can see it at http://pnesp.sourceforge.net/html/index.php?module=pnesp and follow the links to download it. -

Have you found anything?
I looked at pnESP and it does not look to be a solution. I would like to get a module that will generate a random # for all registered users and the at a set date, generate 1 winning number out of the registered users.
Let me know

If you have need of a particular feature, you might try suggesting it to the developers of pnESP. It is under active and rapid development and Andreas (the main developer) has been very receptive to suggestions. In fact, the program went from being a beta module of a survey program (hence the name) to a multiple event program (surveys, polls, quizzes, contests) from a suggestion I made. I had been using a perl program Event Handler http://event-handler.com that does all these things, referred Andreas to it, and pnESP changed to include their features in a few short weeks.
It is still at the beta stage and a lot of work is going into it. You can check it out and download it at http://pnesp.sourceforge.net/html/index.php?module=pnesp If you suggest a new feature, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see it added shortly. -

We're working on this for pnESP and want to ship a complete quiz/exam/contest solution with module management and test bank. I invite you to post your suggestion on the pnESP site (pnesp.sf.net/support), so we can consider your wishes. At the moment the contest and quiz type is only available as some kind of classification. So, stay tuned, you'll get it some day and will be announced on postnuke.com, too.
