in pageconfigurations.ini (config subdir) you can add different templates
check for example the SeaBreeze theme:

[M-htmlpages]
file [46] = htmlpages.ini
[M-NukeWrapper]

And in htmlpages.ini in SeaBreeze, here you can set the htm template file belonging to the module you want to override:

palette = SeaBreeze
[blocktypes]
[blockpositions]
left = lsblock.htm
right = rsblock.htm
center = ccblock.htm
[blockinstances]
