I've just installed the latest UpDownload module and the following error is produced. I've also seen the error on other sites, but have yet to see an explanation or solution. The following occurs when I attempt to execute the module. Any help?

The table nuke_UpDownload_categories didn't exist. Probably I failed to init the module properly after pushing the old version to the side. I've removed/added/reinitialized the module and it created the table(s) needed.

What does this means, ... is it now running or the same fault ...???

After the noted actions, UpDownload is working properly.
However, I did note that the Instructions for setting User/Group permissions were incorrect. The instruction (labeled A) that refers to user/group adding file, show Category "UpDownload::" and Instance "Add:". In my experience, this was ineffective. Based on the source code and testing, it should be Category "UpDownload::Add" and Instance "" (though the source indicates "::" could be used).
