The default AutoTheme theme is purple and puke greens :) Maybe change the greens to white and spice it up some more.

But I don't have an idea how to edit themes. Can you do that without a post nuke knowledge?
I have some knowledge in web design. I saw somewhere that you can edit themes with dreamweaver?

You could edit an AutoTheme with Dreamweaver, but you really can't edit a straight .php based Postnuke theme without at least some knowledge of .php.

Give the AutoTheme mod a try - its free and you can use HTML to create your themes.
