DownloadsPlus - "file already exists" error

I get this error when I try to upload files using DownloadsPlus with PN 0.723. I can see that the file is being uploaded (by network activity) but then I get the message. The DownloadsPlus database doesn't show the new file, nor does it seem to be in the file system. Any ideas?
