PostWrap Error - Table Creation Failed

Hello, I am trying to install PostWrap and when I try to initialize the module I am greeted with "Table Creation Failed". I am using PostNuke 0.726 and have not had any troubles installing modules before.

I posted this on the PostWrap home page, but the forums there don't have a lot of activity.
