Copy from MS Word and Excel to PostNuke Articles?

Hi All..

What is the best way to copy content (especially tables) from Ms Word and MS Excel to PostNuke Articles without loosing the structure and format of the copied content?

Well as these applications use Rich Text formatting not HTML then you cannot copy directly. If your version has a save as HTML option then you can probably do this.
