Come on guys, i need more info to know what is good and what is bad!

You might get more comments if you got rid of that splash page. Even though it is not in English, I know that it is loading. While it is loading, loading, loading, I am moving on, moving on, moving on. I suspect this is true of most other viewers.

Is it not better to have the whole page displayed at once, rather than have the page loading on BLANK SCREEN? If this takes to long the visitors will surely move on.....

well the site took over 40 seconds to load on my 56K.

I like the theme. Other than that I find it hard to comment as I cant read the content ;)

Thats exactly what i mean! If the preloader was not there, the visitor has for sure left after 40 seconds. When the visitor can see a preloader, he knows that the site exists and will wait for the page to load.

Comments on the content is not what i want, only comments the design is what i need :P

Don't be so sure. While some may wait, 40 seconds is much too long to expect a first time visitor to wait.

There is something wrong with any site that expects people to endure such a long wait. It is very much like calling a business and the first thing you hear is "please hold". The next sound heard is "click" as I hang up. With web sites, there is no sound (except maybe the soft clatter of keys) as I go on to a different web site.

Is it a very slow modem you have? I hope so, because on any other PC i tried to load the page, it did not take 40 seconds.....

56K - slowest on the market, but the most widley used in many countries, almost everyone here will have faster, but then most are web professionals.

You did a very nice job, It's very hard to make a white site the way you did. The contrasting off-blue background enhances the whiteness of the site. Very good use of greys in there too.. If you use a very bright color make sure it's something you want to really focus on, because it will totally overpower the site...


As far as page loads, there's famous sites that are almost 100k per page and in order for someone to make a nice sites to attract the user, its about using creative graphics and sacrificing page loads times is the options of today on most sites......

Even if that were true, the operative word here is famous. Some of them might be able to get away with it. An unknown site can't.

Baloney (and not Oscar Mayer). The same rules apply. If you want to get more visitors, you don't put them on hold before they get to your site.

I`m also not sure about the flash header. Is it too long?
