when feeds is not fetch (timeout on the connexion for instance), that could be good to not refresh the block in order to always have some links displayed

Please stop spamming
Why do you always ask (forum, comments) for new gettext versions? This does not work faster.
by the way: The latest Feeds release is already a GT-version.

Confusion
There is just too much confusion at this point with all the different variation of the modules that are out there.
Zikula 1.2.1 (not supported)
Zikula 1.2.2 (supported)
Zikula 1.2.3 (supported)
Now we have 1.3.0 into the mix and I know people are waiting for the:
Zikula 1.2.1 (not supported)
Zikula 1.2.2 (supported)
Zikula 1.2.3 (supported)
Zikula 1.3.0 (supported)
Once these modules are finally 1.3.0 compatible will we be seeing:
Zikula 1.2.1 (not supported)
Zikula 1.2.2 (not supported)
Zikula 1.2.3 (not supported)
Zikula 1.3.0 (supported)
Like I said; confusion. I think there will be so much of a divide in users after the public release of Zikula 1.3.0 that it might be better to start a multi-site; one for 1.2.x and 1.3.x. It's possibly going to be months, if not years for everyone to want to migraite. Zikula 1.2.3 is solid and for most it's getting the necessary core support; 'Zikula 1.3.0 (supported)' for getting their site back to normal operation.

FTR
for the record, the "supported" or "not supported" use in these cases is NOT related to the module, but the fact as to whether the core version is supported by the core team.
If the version is listed by he module at all, then technically it SHOULD be supported by that module. This is VERY CONFUSING in the implementation and display of this information.
Frankly - it should not say "1.2.2 supported" as that has been superseded by 1.2.3

What the heck does this do?
I've downloaded and installed it... I THOUGHT it would let me turn my articles (News, Forum, etc) into RSS Feeds... but no... damn I feel like a newb all over again!!!

Viewing - not producing
The module just shows RSS feeds in the maincontent or in any block.

View vs Produce
I know there is the theme "RSS."
But I don't know how to use it.
Does anyone have an idea how someone creates RSS feeds through Zikula? I am REALLY wanting to convert my old iWeb site Podcast into Zikula...

RSS theme
You can check the examples of the News module:
http://code.zikula.org/news/browser/trunk/themes/rss
You customize your module templates, and add &theme=RSS to the URLs ;)
