Menus for MenuTree 2.2

Extension type: Plugin
Publisher: Erik Spaan

Description
this package is an add-on to the MenuTree menu module. A number of additional templates and style-sheets have been created to provide an extra set of ready made (fancy) menus to choose from in MenuTree.
Check out the description here (there are also more demo pictures there).
The menus are mostly based upon menus from dynamicdrive.com and upon the work from Stu Nichols on cssplay.co.uk.
They vary from basic css-based menus to more graphic menus with JS as well. The various menus are listed on the description page.
For every menu holds, that you should check out the Terms, conditions and Copyright terms on the menu original website. Respect the copyright in the style sheets and consider making a donation if possible to the originator (and me if you like icon_smile )

Changelog
revision 460 from the blanktheme project.
#23 solved (z-index conflict with lightbox).

The templates were earlier included in the MenuTree module, but because of non-GPL licensing the menus are now a separate download.
