- Description
- With Formicula you can create contact forms of all kinds with any number and kind of input fields. Everything is contolled by templates. Using permissions you can restrict the access to forms and recipients.

Formicula is a very mature module which is recommended on almost every Zikula project
One significant advantage is that you are able to use multiple forms. So if you need for example an event registration, you can do that in addition to your contact form without further modules becoming necessary.

Broken in Zikula 1.2.7
Sadly this module seems to no longer be supported. Last version was updated nearly 2 years ago.
In Zikula 1.2.7, any attempt to change configuration, add information or really do anything gets the following result:
"Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules/formicula/pnincludes/for_admin_edithandler.class.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/39/7504039/html/includes/Loader.class.php on line 317"
So broken module, use something else like FormExpress.

This module is working fine in a 1.2.7 site that I upgraded for a client. And as Craig pointed out, it's underdevelopment, I have it working in a 1.3 test site.
