Description:
WhatsNews is a site content news module. Content for each newsletter is provided by content elements (plugins) driven by SQL calls or RSS feeds. Each plugin can have it's own trigger values, limits, start and ending dates, and both html and text formatting. Plugins can be imported and exported for easy trading among sites. Each newsletter can have an unlimited number of plugins, and you can format seperate overal designs for html and plain text versions. Newsletters can be subscribed to by registered site members or just by email address, and subcribers can choose between html and plain text versions.

For the moment I've put the download URL into the Vendor Website field so that the link above functions as expected.
I was out of the PostNuke website stuff for a long while, and see WhatsNews is back! I did a smal bit of Beta testing for WahtsNews ans like dit many years ago, and was very sad when it was left in Linmg. Oliver took it, nurtured it, and made it really great! he took lots of his time and made it really the best News module ever! I was sad when he did not have the time to continue and see he and others took this News Module and brought it out into the sunshine,. If anyone has neve rused this they are in for a real treat! I saw payware that never came close to the brillance of this news module. (though I have to admit, I have not tried this since it was in Beta a couple years back, so I have no clue what changes have been made since...).
